About Yahab

As I turned 24, I felt an urgent call to action. Disturbed by the alarming poverty and neglect surrounding my Nigerian community, I knew I had to contribute to the nation’s growth. Mother Teresa’s words resonated deeply: ‘I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.’

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, I founded Yahab Movement, derived from Hebrew, meaning ‘Giving’ (2 Corinthians 9:6-9). Sixteen like-minded friends joined me on WhatsApp, sharing my vision for nation-building through humanitarian service.

Yahab Humanitarian Initiative was born, driven by the conviction that true love is demonstrated through selfless giving. Our mission is to raise an army of altruists who will use their time, resources, and talents to elevate mankind.

OUR OBJECTIVES
1. To provide vulnerable children with school fees, learning materials, and other essential resources that enhance their access to quality education.
2. To improve and equip school environments to ensure they are safe, inclusive, and conducive for learning.
3. To promote inclusive education by supporting marginalized groups and actively advocating for policy change, public awareness, and equal learning opportunities for all.
4. To build the capacity of educators and school leaders through training and professional development.
5. To engage communities and mobilize partnerships that sustain educational support and drive long-term impact.
